Buseto/Mamma Santina Rewards Card Full Terms and Conditions
Earning Points: Use your rewards card every time you pay at Buseto Pizza or Mamma Santina Pizza. Become a registered member and you will earn points for every dollar you spend on food and beverages at Buseto Pizza or Mamma Santina Pizza. You will earn 100 points just for signing up to the rewards program. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent. Members earn “Points” by making qualifying purchases at Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza restaurants; Points will not be earned for any taxes, gratuities, delivery charges paid or for purchases of gift cards. Member must present Rewards Card in order to gain points on a purchase. Points can only be earned with the Rewards Card present. A member cdouannot earn points on prior purchases. Accounts with discounted pricing, such as schools and events, are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. Upon using the rewards card, the member agrees to these full terms and conditions.
Redemption: You must register your Rewards Card to redeem your rewards.
The rewards may be redeemed at either Buseto Pizza or Mamma Santina Pizza, regardless of where the points were earned. Points can only be redeemed by transferring them, into dollar value, on a Buseto/Mamma Santina Gift Card, which can only be used at either location. Once points are transferred, your Rewards Card will zero out, and you will have to start accumulating points back from 0. Points are not redeemable for cash and do not have a monetary value.
Lost Rewards Card: Report a lost or stolen Rewards Card by emailing at [email protected]. Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza will not be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina will not be responsible for points or other rewards redeemed by an unauthorized user of the Rewards Card.
Suspension/Termination of Membership: Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend a Member’s membership in the Rewards Program in the event of any suspected misconduct, including suspending the Member’s ability to redeem points and/or other rewards earned in connection with his/her membership in the Rewards Program. If Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza concludes in its sole discretion that the Member has engaged in misconduct or that his/her account has been compromised, it may terminate the Member’s membership, including but not limited to terminating the Member’s ability to redeem points and/or other rewards earned in connection with his/her membership in the Rewards Program.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify at any time these Terms and Conditions. Any such changes are effective immediately and the Member’s continued enrollment in the Rewards Program confirms that he/she accepts the changes and agrees to be bound by them.
Termination of Rewards Program. Buseto Pizza/Mamma Santina Pizza reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Rewards Program at any time, without prior notice. If the Rewards Program is terminated, Members will no longer earn points or other rewards. Any points or other rewards will expire unless otherwise provided for herein.
Point Value. The following is a breakdown of how many points have to be accumulated to obtain the corresponding gift card:
450 points $10 Gift Card
800 points $20 Gift Card
1,250 points $35 Gift Card
1,800 points $55 Gift Card
3,000 points $100 Gift Card
